A massive welcome was extended to our Olympic Rowers last week. All students and staff dressed in green, white and gold to celebrate and honour such wonderful ambassadors of sport. Aoife, Emily and Fintan took time to introduce themselves and give wonderful advice to our students, emphasising the importance of healthy eating, balance in lifestyle and choosing a sport you enjoy and sticking at it to achieve success. Fintan was kind enough to pass around his Gold Medal for everyone to hold.
